Tony has worked in Technology for 30 years and in that period, almost everything has changed – hardware, software, connectivity – the cycle of change has been constant. However, there is one thing that remained constant, great customer service. Although hard to find and even harder to instill into a team, this has been the cornerstone of Dato. Starting the business 20 years ago, Tony made the customer experience his singular aim. At DATO Technologies, we believe in delivering a great customer experience in technology. This has been one of the key differentiators of DATO Technologies from the multitude of providers out there and has been the key to our success. Having worked in technology from the ground up, Tony understands what it takes to deliver relevant technological advice, quality products, and fantastic service to our customers. He makes the customer experience the yardstick by which everything and everyone at DATO is measured. Today he has transitioned from working “in” the business to working “on” the business, but his passion stays the same while aided by a wonderful team who believes that technology that works well is an achievable goal!
Mike started his IT career in the mid-1980s with a background in the travel industry, branching out to support many different industries and services. His strengths are networks, both wired and wireless, various desktop and server operating systems, cabling infrastructure, telephony, and technical consulting. After running an IT consulting firm of his own for over 14 years, Mike decided to join forces with Tony and the rest of the team at DATO Technologies in 2017. Mike’s certifications include Microsoft, CompTIA Network Plus+, Allworx, and Zultys VoIP phone systems. In Mike’s words, “Being a team member at Dato Tech is like no other. I truly enjoy the people I work with every day, both co-workers and clients.”
Fletcher has been working with computers for over 30 years and was working in IT Application Development for more than a dozen years before starting with DATO Tech. During his years of expertise, he has helped many family and friends, at home and at work with their computer-related problems. He is happy to be using his knowledge to help our DATO customers and looks forward to seeing them during his visits.
Michael is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 25 years of experience in supporting, evolving, and managing businesses’ technology needs. He lends DATO a proven record of providing and upholding standards in quality of customer service and team atmosphere. As an Emory University graduate, he is a free-agent college sports ball fan. His other interests involve community and competitive fitness including metabolic conditioning and obstacle course racing.
Andrew has a wide variety of experience from working at other Managed Service Providers and has 7 years in the IT field. No matter what your request for support might be, he will work passionately to find a solution to your issues with expediency. When he’s not working for DATO, he helps others with their technology needs as well as fixing cars in his spare time. Andrew stands ready to assist you so feel free to reach out today!
Dillion’s background is in customer service and technical advising with Apple. He enjoys working on all computers, including various operating systems like Windows and MAC OS. He likes a challenge and enjoys solving interesting tech issues. Dillion enjoys computer coding and game design in his free time and is excited to join the DATO Technologies team to continue a long-term career in technology.
Patrick has been fascinated with technology from a young age and has been building and maintaining his own computers for more than a decade. He brings a wealth of customer service experience to DATO, and has spent the past three years completing IT certification programs. He currently holds the Google IT Support Professional, CompTIA ITF+, and CompTIA A+ certifications, and is working on expanding that list. He is excited to join the great team at DATO.
Steven has a diverse background including Customer Service, Technology Enablement, and Customer Success. He is passionate about helping people and helping grow businesses. When he’s not working with professionals to streamline their business using technology, he is an avid outdoorsman, a car guy, and an overall music geek. He also enjoys spending time with his family and his puppy Nina.
Tony’s sister-in-law, Delaney joined DATO with 20+ years of office management experience. Her skills include billing, payroll, accounts receivable, and customer service. As the office’s “Chaos Coordinator” she ensures the prompt handling of client tickets by managing the technicians’ schedules. She prides herself on communication, both with clients and within the office, as well as maintaining the office’s fun but professional atmosphere. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, running, concerts, travel, Georgia Bulldog football, Disney, and time with family and friends.
Butters has 12 years’ experience in being a good boy. When he is not busy being the Director of HR for Dato he enjoys napping, playing ball, hiking, and playing with his little sister Tala and little brother Kurt. Butters has been the proud winner of Employee of the Month every month since he started over five years ago.
